The community of Mwazisi Jeka village gathered today to pay their final respects and mourn the passing of former Principal Kenneth B.
Chipofya, a beloved figure who brought development and inspiration to the village.
Chipofya passed away on May 16 aged 88, at Rumphi District Hospital due to complications from high blood pressure.
Chipofya, who dedicated his life to Christianity, education and community development, left behind a legacy that will be cherished by generations to come. He was survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
The funeral ceremony was attended by a diverse group of mourners, including representatives from the Voice of Livingstonia radio and the University of Livingstonia, who gathered to pay their respects to a man who had made a significant impact on their lives.
Chipofya's contributions to the community will not be forgotten, and his memory will continue to inspire and motivate others to follow in his footsteps.
