Associate finales carry the day

The vice principals trophy competitions has ended with the associate finale team being crowned as winners at Kaning’ina UNILIA campus.

 The final game was between the mighty associates versus second year students team which happened on November 25, 2023.

The game which ended with a an all zero goal difference didn’t stop the associates to be crowned as winners since they had 7 points, followed by fourth year students with 6 points then first years and lastly ma conti.

Although there were complaints of unfair match fixing in favour of the associates.

“The associates made sure that they give themselves space to rest before they have another game the next day which the other teams  did not have,

For example, all games played by the associates happened during the evening hours giving them enough time to rest and prepare themselves,” said Watson Titus Mvula (Madinga) a second year student.

The associates have emerged victorious in all the games they played namely football, volleyball, netball but expect FIFA video game competition in which they emerged on second position.

The winners are expected to pocket a good some of money as an award for their victorious play during the games.
