The Malawan based movie ' SCHOOL DAYS' sparks exciting faces among Malawians.

The movie which was premiered at the Golden Peacock, in Blantyre on the 27th October 2023 and also In Lilongwe on 12 November at crossroads hotel has received a great and promise feedback from people who follow Malawi movies.



Speaking of the remarks, The 4Kaya filmz inc. which Shot and released the movie on the 29th December have received their hand of appraisal according to their creativity and the concept.


The movie ' SCHOOL DAYS' focuses on envincing the lifestyles of those in boarding schools and tends to demonstrate how the behaviours of children in schools are ammended. The movie also demonstrates the teachers altitudes towards children and their affiliation in relationships to each other.


A very familiar name in the music industry of Malawi ' Kamwendo Kendall' also featured in and acted as the biggest bully called chacks in the film. This has sprouted a lot of interest from People to watch it , with his well known name.


Aside the presence of Kendall, people on social media has complimented the other bully 'Phwedo' who was the most active in bullying the others and his picture has been well seen to be the most circurated in the social media platforms amongst all actors in the movie.


In a chill with pamtondo, Complicated AJ, a BIU student gave phwedo a 9/10 rating for his acting and said that the way he acted was so real and can make everyone who has once been in boarding secondary school to relate.


" Bad decisions lead to bad consequences" added AJ when asked about the lesson the drama portrays .


Whereas Obvious Nkhoma, a media for Development Student at Chanco said phwedo acted well because of the confidence and his ability to show emotions While immersing the audience into the story through convincing performance.


Nkhoma also gave Phwedo a 9/10 rating for his act.


The movie has reached 206k viewers on YouTube in three days which puts it the first movie in Malawi to do so.
