Prophet Nyangulu Donates to Mchinji Orphanage

By Patience Kapinda

In a heartwarming display of charity, Prophet Milward Nyangulu of Synagogue Pentecostal Church has extended a helping hand to the Home of Hope Orphanage in Mchinji by donating 200 bags of maize and six million kwacha in cash on 16 March 2024.

The founder of the Home of Hope Orphanage, Reverend John Chipeta, expressed profound gratitude for the donation.

"We were down to our last four bags of maize, which was only enough to last us a day. This donation is nothing short of a miracle for us," said Reverend Chipeta.

Violet Phiri, speaking on behalf of the church, shared that their faith emphasizes the importance of love and giving.

"It is our belief that we must share what we have with those in need, and these children are our responsibility," she stated.

The orphanage, established in 1998, not only provides shelter but also education through its secondary, primary, nursery, and technical college.

The donation by Prophet Nyangulu will ensure that the children have enough food and resources to continue their education without the looming worry of hunger.

As the community of Mchinji comes together to celebrate this act of kindness, it serves as a reminder of the impact that compassion and generosity can have on the lives of many.
